Any damages sustained to the cabin you have reserved caused by smoking or pets will result in the credit card you have provided being charged an amount not less than $200.00. No pets allowed unless prior approval by management.
Rates: $195./ night double occupancy
$20. each additional guest, per night
Minimum 3 night stay required
50% Deposit required to confirm reservations. Upon receipt of deposit we will email directions and updated confirmation.
Cancellation Policy: Once reservation is confirmed, if reservation is cancelled prior to 45 days of expected arrival date a refund will be issued, less a $100.00 processing fee. If reservation is cancelled less than 45 days prior to arrival date deposit is nonrefundable, and balance due will be charged, unless cabin is re booked. All cancellations must be in writing.
